TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS, PLEASE SEND THEM IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION (UNWORN, UNWASHED AND WITH ORIGINAL TAGS STILL ATTACHED) WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT ALONG WITH THE COMPLETED RETURN FORM INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE. A PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. All items marked “Final Sale” can not be exchanged or returned. No exceptions.
All original tags must be attached and sanitary liners must be in place on all bottoms. Refund/exchanges within 14 days will be credited to the original credit card used (shipping fees will not be refunded). Any items returned in a soiled, worn or damaged state will be brought to your attention via email. See below for conditions on acceptable returns and/or exchanges.
TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEMS:
- On the front of the form included in your package, please fill out your personal information and invoice #. Fill out the items you are returning for refund/exchange. Be sure to fill in the style #, description, return reason code, price, size, and quantity for each item. If you wish to exchange for another size or style please indicate under Exchange. If the product you wish to exchange is of greater or lesser value the credit card on file from order will be charged/refunded.
- Pack and seal your merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the completed Return Form. A Pre-Paid label and shipper bag is included in package.
- You will receive a return/exchange confirmation email upon receipt. Retain your original invoice for your records.
- Refunds and/or exchanges will be issued 7-10 days after receipt of returned merchandise. Note: The buyer is responsible for the risk of loss on merchandise.
CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTABLE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
- All merchandise must be in the same condition that it was delivered in.
- Absolutely clean (no hair, lint or debris).
- All original tags and labels attached.
- Unwashed, unworn, undamaged.
If Mia Marcelle shipped an item(s) that was different from the Original Invoice or was damaged when you received it and you would like a refund or to exchange the item(s), please contact Customer Service and we will gladly refund your shipping costs for the item(s) and issue a mailing label to send back merchandise. In addition, if you would like to return the merchandise, we will give you a full refund by the method of payment used for the purchase.
